Windows 10: Windows wont boot?

ok so heres what i have done

CMOS wiping

Reseated cpuno bent prongs or broken ones

Re-seated every ram stick in every ram slotthere are 4

Flashed bios

updated bios to 3001

i have also tried reinstalling fresh clean windows 10

i have also tried command promp to rebuild the boot config data. I have tried the commands

bootrec /rebuildBcd

bootrec/fixmbr

bootrec /fix boot ------ this said permission denied

i have also tried:

bootsec /nt60 C:


specs: Asus Rog Strix X570-E

32gb 4x8 Corsair dominance at 3600mz

RTX 2070 Super

Ryzen 7 3700X

GAMEMAX 850W power supply

Samsung EVO M.2 NVMe 1tb

just a TT thermal take case


keeps on getting stuck at "getting devices ready" freezes, crashes, restarts, pretty sure it goes on a VERY Long loop then crashes agian saying pc ran into problems.... whenever it crashes it gives one of them to, along with 0x0000098 it says "The boot configuration file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system." No motherboard error codes but AA everything is showing good in biosincluding RAM. I already called asus support and they said DOA motherboard most likely but i want to see what Microsoft says before i get a new one.

windows error codes are 0x0000098 and DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you
