Windows 10: Windows wont detect 2nd monitor ?

I have 5 machines that are identical in specs. One of the machines detects and picks up my 2nd monitor no issue, however the other machines wont detect it. I've tried all the basic troubleshooting, its not the cable, projection settings, the drivers are the same, etc... The monitor isn't showing up in device manager on the non working machine either and force detection wont work. My guess is there's something weird going on in windows but I'm not sure.Specs:i9-13900k128gb RAMRTX 4090I have tried:- reseating gpu- different drivers- reinstall nvidea drivers- fresh windows install- force detect m

2nd Monitor.

I recently bought a 2nd monitor and I connected it to my PC but there is a problem. The problem is that windows 10 has detected it and I have extended my display but my 2nd monitor wont display anything it just stays black. Can someone help me please.

 

Windows 10 stopped detecting 2nd monitor

I've restarted the computer (several times), and it's not showing any signs of detecting the 2nd monitor.

Ever since it stopped working, there's only '1' Display option; clicking 'Detect' in Multiple displays results in the message
"Didn't detect another display"; the Device Manager only lists one monitor (screenshot below); and it has stopped allowing me to select other projection modes unless I connect to the 2nd monitor wirelessly.

I'm using an HDMI cable for the 2nd monitor, and have tried both HDMI ports on the monitor unsuccessfully. The monitor models are Dell E2414H and LG 24J4840.

2nd monitor not being detected

Received a software update for windows 10. Upon restart my 2nd monitor was no longer working. Went to the display section in Settings and it is not being detected. Pushed the detect button and nothing. How do I get this back. My 2nd monitor is more
important than any new things in the update.
