Windows 10: Windows won't install my driver updates, or any newer version of Windows

This issue first started today, when I was trying to see if there was a new update for my graphics card. When I tried to open Geforce it wouldn't open, I then went to check my windows updates and there was a lot of updates which hadn't been there when I checked 3 days ago. I then tried to install those updates, but they wouldn't update. I kept getting the same error for every update: Install error - 0x800703f1. Seeing this error I first thought to check if any of my windows files had been corrupted, I went into command prompt and typed in DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth followed by

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Windows updates won't install!

I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.
