Windows 10: Windows won't let me format my SSD

Heya!So, I was messing with using Linux on my computer before installing Windows while waiting on my USB to burn. I ended up finding that the partition was formatted to FAT32, and that Windows would refuse to format it because of it not recognizing the partition.I've tried external methods, such as gparted, but it hasn't let me format my SSD.Any help would be greatly appreciated! :

Why won't my hard drive show up under my computer?

Can you show me the steps of how to format the 1tb hdd for windows 7 64bit? How was I able to format ssd without doing anything to it. It recognized it like that.

Hello there. This is Emily.

I assume you are installing from the ISO flash drive right? If so, at the step where it asks you where to install Windows, instead of using the format option, use delete option instead. Delete every partition listed for the SSD. It might say Drive 0 or Drive 1, etc, but you should be able to tell which drive is your SSD based on the size. Once all partitions are deleted, you would be given one unallocated space. That's the one you can select, then click next for Windows to install.
