Windows 10: Windows Won’t Let Me Sign In – Says “No Internet”, Even Though I'm Connected via LAN

Hello, I urgently need help.After changing the motherboard, CPU and GPU in my PC, I tried to sign in to my Microsoft account on Windows, but it won’t let me log in. It keeps saying "You need an internet connection", even though I am connected via Ethernet LAN. The icon clearly shows “Network Connected”, and my router confirms the connection.Here are the details:I’m using the correct password even tried resetting it online multiple times.I tried creating a new Microsoft account, and the same error appears.I’ve restarted the PC several times.I’ve checked the LAN cable, router, even tried tet

Only Chrome can connect to the Internet.

To resolve the particular error messages that you're having, we suggest you perform the steps below to disable proxy server:

• Click the Tools button in Internet Explorer, then click Internet Options.
• Go to the Connections tab, then click LAN settings.
• Uncheck the box which says Use a Proxy Server for your LAN, then click
  OK.

Connected to internet through institute proxy but a yellow triangle hovers on lan sign displaying "No Internet Access" !

Hi there !!

I am facing a problem regarding connectivity to the internet or say incomplete connectivity . For setting up the LAN services provided by our institute (IIT Delhi) requires some settings to be done in the computer after which it enables us to access internet.
In this process one of the steps is to login with the credentials (specific ID and Password for every student) and also doing proxy settings in the browser.

{For entire settings please refer to this small pdf ,http://www.cc.iitd.ernet.in/windows-10.pdf}After all this bit of a task we are good to go. Every time when we plug in ethernet cable we have access to internet via our browsers.

Now in this the sign of LAN is displayed in the taskbar which says "Network , No internet".

I can use my browser to surf, download everything. After providing automatic proxy configuration URL in windows proxy settings, I gain internet connectivity in windows store but still i can't download any apps. The biggest problem i m facing is that windows
check for updates reports some error and also I m unable to start my hotspot because windows says you are not connected to internet !

Many apps which requires internet connectivity or auto updates also claims my dis-connectivity to internet .

I have tried every solution but still can't figure out any solution , though one of my colleagues has done it [ able to get complete access or removing the sign (yellow exclamatory triangle) and possess no issues in doing any of above mentioned tasks] but
unfortunately he has no idea how he did it .

Please resolve this issue.

my n97 won t charge or connect
