Windows 10: Windows wont let me use my PIN after startup settings change. But this was just the start...

After I have started my PC on a clean boost setup to run a driver update I could not log in with my set PIN. It got me an option to search for an app on the store, what didn't work. So I am stuck there. How do I change the settings back without getting into my system?Please do not ask me why I had to change the msconfig in the first place!Why I am writing here. The solution would be to run the pc on safe mode, than change the start setup there. But here comes the rub:The harddrive is protected by Bitlocker. I suggest you to follow the below steps how to Change PIN password:

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.
