Windows 10: Windows won't load and the dell logo just comes up and goes.

I did a reset on my computer from remove my files yet the short and quick reset. A problem came up after the reset that the reset failed and the blue screen (I forgot the name) of stuff came up right after. These were to continue with windows, troubleshoot, e.t.c. I clicked continue and it took me to a screen where it stated that there were a problem with the boot up and that they were scanning my laptop with DellAssist. I waited and after a while it stated that there was nothing wrong. I pressed continue and that took me to the dell logo where it would pop up and then goes to a black screen and the logo pops right back and it repeats. I hard shut down and booted it back up this time pressing F2. I got some options and went to the boot section where I found that there were no options other than windows boot manager. I pressed F9 to go back to default value then saved and reset. However, when the laptop started to turn on the same thing happened where the dell logo would come up and then leave and then come back up and then leave. I don't have anything attached to the laptop and it was working fine until I reset my laptop and the laptop failed to reset. Though, I did have pop-ups from windows that I should update it, but I never went on to actually do it. Also just to say it, I can't get the options to boot from my hard drive or USB or anything else unlike my pc. I do have secure boot enabled, but I can't any options to boot from a different location. Can someone please help me; my roommates are gonna kill me.

dell logo comes twice during booting.

Whenever i restart/start my laptop then there are few things that happen

1. Dell logo appears and a progress bar starts below the logo

2. Flickering of the screen happens i.e again dell logo comes(brightness increased) and again a progress bar starts below the logo.

3. Blue Screen comes with a alert as "Please Wait"

4. Lock screen comes.

This dell logo coming twice is the problem as it affects the booting time and performance.

Ps:

I went to dell people for this issue, they checked my complete hardware and nothing suspicious was found. Hardware is completely fine.

I reinstalled(clean install) my windows 10 home single language but then too the same problem exists.

I had preinstalled windows 10 in my laptop.

All the updates are done as on 21/05/2016.

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
