    Warm GreetingsThis is some background info give an insight to where I am currently at.After an update the system was stuck in a refresh cycle and was unusable, so following the steps on windows help page I tried to renter safe mode or restore the pc back to a former state but nothing worked.Since I had a back-up of personal files, I tried to reset windows but it would not let me use either option even with a full wipe.I have tried using the cmd option to repair the directories to get the reset to work but it failed and as such the system is stuck in a boot up and failed state, which means I ca
