Windows 10: Windows wont Reset

Recently i had been facing BSODs due to various reasons, and today my pc got a NTFS bsod and it is not booting up due to it. The windows logo appears, then i get the Bsod and i go to the windows diagnostic page thing. I tried startup repair, image recovery and restore point, no luck. I tried using sfc /scannow but it said the action couldnt be completed.

Then i tried to reset my windows while keeping all my files. But it is not doing anything, it just says getting things ready and goes back to the diagnostic home screen where it shows the options to turn off pc, advanced options and exit to windows.

I need help as to what to do next, because i really dont want to lose all my files, i want complete reset to be the last resort.

Note: As i dont have another pc, i just downloaded the windows 10 iso on my phone and copied to a blank usb drive using an otg, did i do something wrong in this step?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
