Windows won't restart after update? Spinning wheel

Hello all. I'm having difficulty with my computer not restarting after a recent Windows Update. When the computer turns back on, I get an infinite spinning wheel.

The first time this happened, I went into safe mode and asked it to restore the system before the last update. Then I was able to get back into Windows and access my files.

Unfortunately, Windows decided to do the update automatically again, so again I am having the infinite spinning wheel. Is there a way to disable Windows updates, or something else to get my computer working again?

    :)

I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.
