Windows 10: windows wont restart

    windows wont restart


    Hello, sorry for my english I have an Asus TUF Gaming 15 that I wanted to reset, but it's been a while and not only do Windows updates not apply changes are being undone , but the Windows reset ends with a blue screen. What should I do? I tried to reset my Windows with a USB key, but the SSD partition is not showing up.

    If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond windows wont restart :) Best regards.
