Windows 10: Windows won't restart

Discus and support Windows won't restart in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; So I got a refurbished pc and for some reason it was signed into a account named admin.     Windows won't restart


    So I got a refurbished pc and for some reason it was signed into a account named admin. I tried to factory reset it to get my account in but it said it couldn't factory reset. I asked this question because there is another question like this but it is pretty old. I also did what Microsoft said the fix to this problem was but it didn't work. I don't have system restore so I can't restore it back. What do I do?

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    my n97 won t charge or connect

    when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel
