    Windows won't sleep.


    Windows 10. Have done a clean install, but windows will not sleep. When I press the sleep option from the windows button, it simply takes me to the lock screen. I have reset all power settings to default, tried multiple plans, but no change. Displays will turn off after the set time, but the computer itself stays running.I have checked powercfg -lastwake but it shows no results...I'm guessing because the PC wont actually sleep.Event viewer has the same result under windows logs/system > Filter Power Troubleshooter.If I turn on Hibernate via choose what power buttons do, the system will go i

    Windows won't boot back up from sleep

    Check your power settings in the BIOS. Windows 7 sleep mode works fine. I wouldn't suggest disabling it. Why have your system sucking air and spinning drive if your not using it. I have seen some issues with some input devises not allowing the system to go to sleep. But Drone mentioned it
