Windows 10: Windows won't start properly after switching motherboard

Hi there,I just replaced my motherboard to accommodate a new CPU and RAM. The hardware switch went well, but upon booting, I was met with the screen pictured below. I have tried a number of broader methods I could find online, but everything has just taken me back to the same screen, or required me to wipe either my hard drive or SSD, which I do not want to do. Below is everything I have tried so far.Pressing Continue reboots the PC and comes right back to the screen.Resetting the PC says that there was a problem resetting the PC, and that no changes were made, regardless of which option I pic

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!

 

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

I unplugged my computer to soon and now it won´t start up again?

This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

Is my motherboard broken?
