Windows 10: Windows won't start up on computer

I have a Dell Inspiron 5401 2n1 that has a problem booting Windows. When it is on battery power I open it and the keyboard backlight turns on but after around 5-10 seconds, the light goes back off again. Finally, about five tries later, the big Dell logo shows up and then it goes into a firmware update of which states retrieving corrupt BIOS. When the firmware update is complete, it states something like "BIOS downgrade not supported" and shuts down. When I reboot it, the same thing happened over and over again. Five hours later, the computer doesn't even load the firmware update screen. I'v

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

I unplugged my computer to soon and now it won´t start up again?

This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

Is my motherboard broken?
