Windows 10: WINDOWS WONT UPDATE, AUDIO DRIVER WONT WORK AND CANT RESTART PC

i have had this problem for a couple months now, it started when i tried to update my computer and it kept saying "failed to update", and i have a windows 11, i tried doing all the things that people told me to and it still didnt work. i tried:using cmd promptclearing cacheupdating manuallyrestarting windowscreating a recovery imageand nothing worked, i now cant update my audio drivers and i just cant update my pc or restart it, i dont know what to do, send help. basically when i try to restart my pc it says "recovery image not found". please reply

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Windows Wont Let Me Update Driver

Thanks so much for the quick reply. Yes, I am using a free version of driver easy. Your instructions helped.

Previously, I was just providing the location and clicking next here:




As you suggested, I clicked on "let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer" and "Have disk" and that helped.

I did get a nice warning but I ignored it and clicked next.





Audio seems okay, except "Realtek Audio Console" app doesn't work on my windows 10 anymore. I will probably uninstall this driver. But thanks heaps for your help.

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
