    Windows Won't Update, I have tried everything


    My PC can update to 1903 build. This wouldn't bother me too much, but my computer restarts multiple times a day, every day, trying to complete the install. This is annoying. I keep losing unsaved data.


    I have tried windows update troubleshooter. It says it fixes issues, but the retry isn't successful.

    I tried doing running DISM. It issues were reported. Update retry isn't successful.

    I tried doing the system file checker. It reported no issues. Update retry isn't successful.

    I tried to do a manual update using the windows media creator. Each times it fails to install.


    What else can I do. This is ridiculous both with the update not working, and windows keep restarting my machine.

    Applications won`t maximize

    Following a W10 update, applications only open as minimised on the taskbar and won`t maximize. I have tried closing them minimised but no good. Can anyone help ? thanks

    Windows updates won't install!

    I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

    You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.
