Windows 10: Windows won't update please help!!!

    Windows won't update please help!!!


    Ok so I've got a Toshiba satellite c655 ... When I got it .. it didn't have a hard drive in it. .. so I replaced the hard drive with one from the same model that I had laying around. Well now for some reason I can't get windows to update. It has windows 7 home premium installed.. but when I click on the action center to check for updates it says it can't.. it also says it can't update the definition for windows defender. It connects to the internet but when I open the browser it says its not connected to a network ... And Norton antivirus says the same thing... I've never encountered a problem

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    Windows updates won't install!

    I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

    You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.

    Windows won't update please help!!!

    Applications won`t maximize

    Following a W10 update, applications only open as minimised on the taskbar and won`t maximize. I have tried closing them minimised but no good. Can anyone help ? thanks
