    Windows won't update, refresh, won't upgrade etc.


    Hello I have a problem with my Windows setup and I can't seem to do anything about it. I have multiple things that I can't do on my computer for some reason. I can't install windows apps from the store eg. Nvidia Control Panel, I can't update from settings, I tried to bypass that with the windows 10 upgrade assistant to 1909. It would go through the whole process of the assistant and it would say at the end, installation failed.


    So to see if there was any problem with the installation, I went and did the standard stuff to check for problems, using Chkdsk, sfc and DISM. After going through all that, I tried the previous steps of the assistant and the method through settings, both didn't work, I thought I could just refresh my computer using the Media Creation Tool and use the extracted iso file to install windows with my files intact. I don't have a HDD or any storage large enough for a backup so this was the best thing I could do but after the installation went through everything and was about the restart, a pop-up appears, saying that the installation had failed.


    I have also done this method:
    net stop wuauserv
    net stop cryptSvc
    net stop bits
    net stop msiserver
    Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
    net start wuauserv
    net start cryptSvc
    net start bits
    net start msiserver


    So at this point, I am stumped on what to do to fix this problem with windows, that I can't update or even upgrade, or install windows apps. The only method I haven't done to my knowledge is to use a DVD to install Windows but I'm not so sure if I can keep my files using that method.


    Error code I have encountered: 0x80070002


    Any advice is welcome.

    My GTX 980ti won`t let me upgrade to Windows 10?

    Still says my Nvidia GTX 980Ti won`t work with Windows 10, so I can`t upgrade!!
