Windows 10: Windows won't update. States "no Internet" Troubleshooter states "connected to internet"...

Hello! The wifi icon at the bottom of screen states "connected- no internet". When I run the trouble shooter, it states "connect to internet no issues found". When I try to do the windows update it states "Not connected to internet". I attempted to update the Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCle Adapater. It states "Check for update in windows". But windows won't update. PLEASE HELP. I can access internet browsers but something is going wrong where certain features, updates, etc are not recongizing that I am connected to the interenet. This started when the July 2023 update was installed.

Method 1: Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter.

Step1: You may try running the Internet Connection troubleshooter which can help you fix the problems with internet connection.

• Press the Windows Key on the Keyboard.
• Type Troubleshooting and select Troubleshooting.
• Click on View all (on the left)
• Select Internet connections.
• Click on Next to run the troubleshooter.

Step 2:

• Press the Windows Key on the Keyboard.
• Type Troubleshooting and select Troubleshooting.
• Click on View all (on the left)
• Click on Network adaptor.
• Click on Next to run the troubleshooter.

If the issue persists, follow method 2.

Since you are still experiening internet connection issue, what we can suggest is for you to try and have the Internet Connections troubleshooter. Kindly try the steps below:

  Right click the
  Start
  menu and select Control Panel.

  Large icons.
  
• 
  Select and click
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click
  Network and Internet.
  
• 
  Click
  Internet Connections.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.

  After troubleshooting is completed, check the status of the troubleshooter shown on the window.
