    Hello Reddit!

    A few month ago the always occuring updates from Windows really got on my nerves and I did not know about the pause feature. I installed an Updateblocker in hopes of not getting annoyed anymore.

    Now its been months and I NEED to update windows to install certain apps. I tried it the conventional way and it always goes to 90-100% and says there was an unexptected error. I google'd and found a lot of diffrent ways to fix it but none have worked so far.

    I am 90% sure that it must have to do something with the old updateblocker but I do NOT KNOW where its installed or hidden.

    I am also looking to not lose any data from reinstalling and so on.

    I really hope someone can help me out on this one and YES I KNOW im dumb for using an updateblocker!!!

    Windows updates won't install!

    I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

    You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.

    Applications won`t maximize

    Following a W10 update, applications only open as minimised on the taskbar and won`t maximize. I have tried closing them minimised but no good. Can anyone help ? thanks
