Windows 10: windows wont update. windows wont detect my headset as an audio device.

I'm having issues with updating windows and detecting my headset.when trying to update windows it tells me that I'm not connected to the internet. which I am, as I'm currently do this post on the same pcI have tried absolutely everything to fix this, even tried resetting windows keeping no files.ive ran speed tests which come back with normal results for the package ive got.I get the error code 0x80070483 when trying to trouble shoot audio driver. when it does let me trouble shoot audio its gives me "one or more audio service isn't running" which torubleshooter cant fix. i have tried to fix

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Bluetooth Headset will pair & connect, but wont turn into an Audio Device @ Windows 10

As you can see in the picture, Windows thinks that everything is "working correctly"





And I definitly know that they did work a while ago, when I last worked with them, but now I can't get them to show up as Audio Device anymore.

I have tried everything, from reinstalling the drivers (official and non-offical ones), running the Windows Troubleshooter, replugging the dongle to another usb hub, enable/disable devices and restarting pc after every of those steps, but nothing helped.

Other Bluetooth Devices such as my Controllers do work on this Dongle/PC and the Headset will connect to other Devices (tested with my mobile and laptop), but i just cant get this Headset to work with this Dongle on this PC.

 

Bluetooth Headsets wont play audio and record at the same time

Upon discussion with the manufacture of the headsets, they provided a new bluetooth USB dongle. This being of their own, I figure it works just fine.

I found out, however, that standard Bluetooth profiles do not support "Hands Free" and the more quality audio profile for music. If you want to record and hear at the same time, you must use the driver/device for "Hands Free". This will permit the audio to play at the same time that you talk.

As stated, the quality of the audio is sub par. Built for hands free calls. In order to support audio at high quality and microphone, you need headphones that are "Faststream" capable. This is new to me. Guess it's bluetooth with crappy audio quality while VOIPing on a game, or proprietary wireless dongle for your headset. (Sadly, 2.4ghz dongles wont work as it seems the 802.11 wireless router I have interferes with it. Along with my neighbors.)
