Windows 10: windows wont wake up from sleep or when the screen is turn off

Discus and support windows wont wake up from sleep or when the screen is turn off in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i just installed a fresh win11 last week and the sleep works well until i decided to turn on the hibernate, after this when windows goes to sleep it...     windows wont wake up from sleep or when the screen is turn off


    i just installed a fresh win11 last week and the sleep works well until i decided to turn on the hibernate, after this when windows goes to sleep it won't turns on, i have to turn it off and on back, this is frustrating, so i went to turn off the hibernation and also put the sleep to never but when the screen goes off after some inactivity i cant bring it back on, i just have to restart it all over. any help please. and i have switched the PCI express settings to off too, still no changes.

    Hi, thank you. I could restart my surface pro 4 but still could not fix the Surface Pro 4 screen not turn on after sleep. I am still looking forward to hearing more suggestions to fix the black screen after sleep.
