Windows 10: Windows work, but cursor beefore logo of motherboard shows up...

Hello,

I Just switched ny motherboard from a asus Z390-F to gigabyte aorus z390 Ultra. When i inserted everything to my New Mobo. Windows was installed, but i did get blinken cursor with Blackscreen at the beginning of the boot beefore logo Mobo shows up.

I tried format the disc, install windows again. I have the latest bios version i think (F9) i did go in safe mode. Saw in bios if legacy mode was on but uefi was on instead. Fast boot disabled. It take 3-5 EXTRA sec because if that ugly cursor and i have OCD so i cant live with that hahaha. I used to have a sshd disck in the last build, but that wasnt for booting. I still used the ssd. Hope i can solve this by help form u awesome. People! Thank you!

cursor dissappeared

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Cursor animations sometimes working.

I see that you are using a Custom mouse cursor. Ideally, the animation of the cursor depends on the action that you are performing using the mouse. You can try removing the cursor, re-add it and check if the animations work fine. Please follow the
steps mentioned below to remove the cursor:

1. Press Windows key + R, to open
   Run dialog box.
   
2. Type control and click on
   OK.
   
3. Select Large icons from the drop down for
   view by.
   
4. Click on Mouse, and click on
   Pointers tab.
   
5. Select the cursor from the drop down menu that you have installed and click on
   Delete.
   
6. If you receive any prompt, click on OK.
   
7. Once the cursor is deleted, install it again and check.
   

If the issue persists, I suggest you to get in touch with the cursor developer team to help you further with the issue.
