Windows 10: Windows would not boot

Discus and support Windows would not boot in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; So I was gonna turn on my PC and it was checking the disk and once I pressed enter to cancel and it blue screened and in Windows 7, I attempted to boot...     Windows would not boot


    So I was gonna turn on my PC and it was checking the disk and once I pressed enter to cancel and it blue screened and in Windows 7, I attempted to boot into it and it just black screened with the cursor. Startup repair did not work. How do I fix it?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
