Windows 10: Windows XP on Dell XPS 410 Blue Screen of Death question

Hey guys,Just wondering if anyone familiar with this could shed some insight. Have an old Dell XPS 410 desktop running windows XP yep, XP and have not used it for years. A few days ago I hooked it up and turned it on and it worked. Using it offline A day later I used it again and got the Blue Screen of Death error message. After turning off and on again it made some beeping noise and just went to a black screen. I unplugged and plugged back in for a hard reboot, which did come up with the windows XP logo and brought me to the select user screen. After clicking on my name, it went back to

Blue Screen at Dell Xps 15

i constantly get into blue screen problems since i purchased my dell xps 15. i tried every possible way to fix it but nothing worked. Anyone can help?

My laptop is 1.5 years old (dell XPS 13 9350), a couple of weeks ago I got a blue screen of death, and ever since then the frequency increases (now ~3 a day).

The stop code is: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

what failed: bcmpciedhd63hd.sys

I installed the latest drivers etc, nothing has changed...
where do I even start? (google was not helpful regarding bcmpciedhd63hd.sys but I assume it is related to the hard drive?)

EDIT: using sfc didn't find any violations

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
