Windows 10: Windows XP SP2 not saving file change

Hi all,I have a file on my D-drive in which I write a line and save it. When I restart my computer, the line in that file disappears, reverting to the original file. My question is, why might this be happening, and how can it be fixed? I am changing the file as an administrator.Thank you!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Whether the .Net Framework 4.0 is compatible with Windows XP SP2

I only have the Windows XP SP2, and I must run some application on XP OS, running this application required the .Net Framework 4.0. I checked the .Net Framework 4.0 supported OS just list the XP SP3, so I am not sure whether the .Net Framework 4.0 is
compatible with XP SP2 or not

 

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.
