    Windows XP won't ignore failed Windows Logo test


    Trying to install the Xbox 360 controller drivers on my Windows XP SP2 pc and every time it starts installing I get the "The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing" box with only a continue option, and upon selecting continue it stops the install. I changed the Driver Signing settings to Ignore and it still won't let me install the drivers. I have ownership of the file and I've turned off basically every security measure. Running as Administrator with the "Protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity" option unchecked still brings up the Windows Logo
