    Good evening. Yesterday I received a call. I didn't answer it because I don't recognized the number. It had a 855 area code. I got a voicemail stating my last four digits of my social security number and its says I need to immediately renew my Windows license key. I didn't call the number back. I thinking they maybe a phone scam. I wanted to address here. Also did anyone had a similar message. If it was a scam, how can I report it. Thank you.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
