Windows 10: windows

I am not sure where this question falls under. I am disabled and lost everything we owned in the Harvey flood of Aug 2017. I had a touch screen desktop PC that I loved but lost. I saved up to replace it. Unfortunately they did not have my model anymore. But they had a display of it that was just put out on clearance for 60% off. would i be interested? Yes and how!! brought it home begin to set it up. there was no books with it nor box. I can't put any of my programs installed on it. it is wanting the password for the stores admin. it says i can not make the changes to this PC because I am not the Admin. Is there any way i can reformat it or reactive windows to make it mine please? Oh and yes I have called the store a bunch and even been up there about it twice.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
