Windows10 after the upgrade of KB5028166, the alt+tab behavior changed to a stupid way. Before I can switch the two recent tasks window back and force, back and force very efficient and quickly, just one press of alt+tab. but now, it bring me so much no-use information and some sort of "horrible" and "threatening" view and buttons. You know why people like Apple, like IOs, this is the reason. Why your guys always broken user expetation and experience. I just want my job done, I do not want to be an expert of Windows System, To be a IT dude is a very bad life, and put you to be a slave of a mac

    alt tabbing increases system performance?

I wonder if CTRL+ESC would cause the same effect?

I've never noticed any alt+tab behavior in game, either good or bad.

  3. Alt-Tab list always includes Cortana (new behavior)

I disabled Cortana years ago... or so I thought. But starting today, whenever I use Alt-Tab to switch between windows (which I do frequently), the second one in the list (the default I will get if I only press Tab once) is Cortana! If I select it, I get a box saying, "Sign in to Cortana". I can make that window disappear by clicking X, but if I press Alt-Tab again, Cortana is still in the list. Did I do something to cause this new behavior? How do I get rid of it?

Windows10 after the upgrade of KB5028166 the alt+tab behavior changed to a stupid way.

    Alt/Tab has changed

I recently upgraded from W7 to W10. On W7 alt/tab would expand each open application window such that they were full size when alt/tab'd or mouse'd over to it. But on W10 they do not show full size unless you bring the app into focus by releasing alt/tab. I suspect MS did that because on W7 they had a bug whereby the list of open icons would fall behind current windows. But that was fixed with with a 3rd party app (AltTabFixOnce.exe).

Does anyone know how to get back the W7 form of alt/tab?
