Windows 10: Windows10 automatically locks the screen while in use

I don't know why my computer automatically enters the lock screen when I use it. Please help me to have a look. Lock Screen not showing in Windows10 Pro

We have installed Windows10 (1809)in our domain environment. Every thing is working fine except lock screen. Can you please suggest how can we fix lock screen.

Same lock screen showing in Windows 7.

Kindly suggest.

 

Lock screen automatically with password

Hi Kenneth,

To have a better view on this concern, are you referring with Lock Screen timeout? If so, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Click on Start menu.
• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Under Sign-in options, click on Lock screen.
• Go to Screen timeout settings.
• Change the value under Screen.

Also, no need to create a pin code since you already have your Microsoft account password. You can sign in using your account.

Lock Screen keeps changing

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Windows Spotlight picks the photos from Bing and displays them in the lock screen. I understand that you have set a picture and it is getting changed automatically.

I suggest you to follow the steps to select the Picture that you want to be displayed on the lock screen. Please follow the steps mentioned below to set a Picture to lock screen:

1. Press and hold Windows + I key on the keyboard to open settings.
   
2. Click on Personalization.
   
3. Click on Lock screen.
   
4. Click on the drop down under Background and select
   Picture.
   
5. Click on Browse and select the picture that you want to set.
