if your pc is stuck on a download you can't type anything so none of these answers work . Just tell me how to get this screen off and my desktop back on...........please it's bill paying time.

We appreciate your response. As an initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you clear your Windows Store Cache by following these steps:

• Type cmd on the Search pane.
• Right-click on the Command Prompt, then Run as administrator.
• On the Command Prompt window, type wsreset.exe, then Enter.

It will usually process for just 30 seconds, try to download app again to see if issue will occur. If so, try creating a test user profile and check if the issue will persist in it.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
