Windows 10: Windows10 downloaded Windows 11 without my permission and is threatening to install on...

I bought a new PC a few weeks ago, and I specifically searched for a computer with Windows 10 as the OS. I have no interest in 11, and have denied installation every time I have been prompted. Very much to my chagrin, Windows update decided to start downloading 11 yesterday. I was somehow able to stall it, then followed a guide on how to change Regedit to keep on my current windows version. However, I turned on my PC this evening and 11 has fully downloaded and says it will install next time I restart. Every post/guide I can find about stopping/uninstalling says there is an option under rec

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

No permissions

I would suggest you to right click on the user's folder for your profile and check if the permissions shows as "read only'. If this is the case, it might be causing the issue. In this case, I would suggest you to go to C:\User folder, right click on the
folder with your username and follow these steps:

• Open the properties of the main user profile folder where the files are located (such as Documents, Pictures, etc).
  
• Go to the Security tab and click Advanced.
• Check the box at the bottom of this window. It is labeled "Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object" and then click Ok.
  

This does a one-time action that replaces the security on all the files/subfolders. It’s one-time, so you won’t find that box checked if you peek at it later. Try these steps and let us know the results for further assistance.
