    Managing Credentials with no password

I am referring to the CREDENTIAL MANAGER - which, as I am logged in to my laptop - with NO user name / password (I chose to bypass this at build) - doesn't let me view MY OWN list of passwords !!!

How do I view MY OWN password list ?

Also - why was the response above - marked as THE ANSWER ?

It was NOT the answer and I feel that in assuming that it was the answer is PRESUMPTUOUS !!

    I have removed this assumption....

  3. Credential Manager is unable to sync Web & Windows credentials

I have observed an issue with my WINDOWS 10 corporate PC. It seems Windows Credential Manager is unable to sync my passwords.

As a preliminary troubleshooting, I have completed all the following steps but Credential Manager is still unable to sync my Web & Windows passwords.

    • Under services.msc, the Credential Manager service was set to 'Manual' by default. Tried changing it to 'Automatic' and restarted the service.
    • Under Group Policy Editor > Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Sync your settings, the status of 'Do Not Sync Passwords' is set to 'Not Configured'.
    • Checked the Internet Explorer Properties > Content > Settings > Uncheck all options under 'Use Autocomplete For'. Deleted all the cache and history.
    • Also checked the similar settings for the new Edge browser.
    • In registry editor > HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main > FormSuggest PW > Changed the string to 'Yes'
    • Tried changing the ownership of the Vault Directory (CWindows10 home unable to see passwords in Credential manager :programData > Microsoft > Vault)
    • GPUPDATE /FORCE
    • SFC /SCANNOW
    • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    • IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS
    • IPCONFIG /REGISTERDNS
After unsuccessful with all these attempts, I re-imaged the system post which Windows Credentials vault was able to sync Outlook, Word, Excel, MSTeams, OneNote, etc but was not syncing
Web Credentials from any of the browsers (Internet Explorer, New Edge, Google Chrome). It worked for a week or so and then again it is broken. The passwords are not being synced either in Web Credentials nor in Windows Credentials.

Need some urgent help to get this issue resolved...!

Windows10 home unable to see passwords in Credential manager

    Managing Credentials with no password

How do I access my password list - when I am running my PC without any Windows login or password ?

I have built my laptop using Windows 10 / 64 - without the need/requirement for any login or password

In order to see a Web Credentials password, you are required to enter a Windows credentials password - which I do not have (because I have built the PC without the requirement for such a login) .....(although I have tried my Hotmail login - which gives me
access to email but fails to give me access to Web credentials)

What can I do to view my password list ?

And Eashwar Kumar - rather weirdly (for an IT pro) asked me the following - yesterday

    1. I am referring to the passwords held in the CREDENTIAL MANAGER (in the control panel)

    2. I am referring to ALL of my passwords

    3. The Credential Manager is independent of browser !
