  2. Boot Time Is taking too much time after partition of C:/ Drive

My C:/ Drive had a total capacity of 505GB, and two drives more with 300Gb and 100Gb.

last day i Partitioned my C:/ Drive i tried with Disk Management of Windows after De fragment. But it end up with an Error that the drive contains Windows file, boot etc. So I Used a Third Party Application to Partition My drive. It was Successful. Now i have
C:/ drive space of 110GB and a new drive with space 394GB .Now I m Facing problem with Booting of Windows It takes too much time almost 4 min to reach till the lock Screen. After the LENOVO logo. WINDOWS screen Shows PLEASE WAIT and these also stays for 2
min. then i m getting transferred to Log In Screen.

I have a last Option to either Reset or Format my complete C drive.

But before going for these option do anyone knows how to fast boot up.

i have Optimized and run defragment 3 times successfully

and it shows the progress of Relocation.

In fact since boot up even when not using any application Disk usage is 100% everytime.

Windows10 is taking too much time to boot up after a graphic card

Re-install the driver, even if it's the same brand or even model. There are minor differences between cards.
    Drivers | GeForce
As for "graphic is not good as it should be," you had better describe that in more detail.
