Windows 10: Windows10 pro s mode

My new hp laptop came with windows 10 s mode. i bought it so i could attend zoom meetings for work. i found out that i cannot load or run zoom from s mode. i purchased windows 10 pro s mode because microsoft indicated that i could download apps from sources other than app store. after purchasing, i confirmed that windows 10 pro is activated. now that i have done so, i still can't use zoom. i get a message directing me to the app store to exit s mode. when i try get out of s mode at app store, i get an error message stating "something happened on our end" That doesn't tell me what is wrong. please help.

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

Download Windows 10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

Windows10 airplane mode

Sorry for the delay in response.

Try these steps to disable the Airplane mode.

Step 1: Open Settings, and select or tap on the
Network & Internet icon.

Step 2. Select or tap on Airplane mode on the left side to turn
on or off Airplane mode on the right side.

You may also run the Internet Connections troubleshooter and check

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box
  and Hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Network and Internet and select the Internet connections \Network adapter troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.
