Windows 10: Windows10 suddenly deactivated after a hibernation

I turned on my laptop and all of a sudden, windows 10 is not activated. When I try to open activation settings, the settings application stops responding, but doesnt say so in task manager. What do I do? I did notice windows detected a few viruses in my external hdd called Phonzy.C!ml and Phonzy.B!ml. Also windows was pre-installed as this was a refurbished laptop i got from amazon

Hibernating Windows10

There are several factors to consider should your computer does not come out from Hibernate mode. One of those is too many unnecessary applications running on the background. To troubleshoot the issue, we suggest performing a clean boot to make sure that
your computer starts with its basic drivers. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

• From Start, search for msconfig.

• On the Services tab of the System Configurationdialog box, tap or click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then tap or click Disable

• On the Startup tab of the System Configurationdialog box, tap or click Open Task Manager.
  
  
  
  
• On the Startup tab in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then click Disable.
  
  
  
  
• Close Task Manager.
• On the Startup tab of the System Configurationdialog box, tap or click OK, and then restart the computer.

Missing hibernate button

We would like to isolate this issue that you're having right now. Will you be able to provide the exact error message that you recieved?

We suggest that you try to enable hibernation on your device using the Command Prompt.

To make hibernation available, follow these steps:

• Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
• In the search results list, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator.
• When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
• At the command prompt, type powercfg.exe /hibernate on, and then press Enter.
• Type exit, and then press Enter to close the Command Prompt window.

suddenly my windows10 decided to deactivate itself

Dear Dave years ago I was a windows insider when we could get a licence for the new windows 10 as it was an upgrade from windows 7,I have always used my Microsoft account when reinstalling Windows and it has always been activated.I changed motherboards and thought maybe their would be a problem but no Windows was still activated using my Microsoft account.I have downloaded Showkeyplus and am sitting in front of the screen right now.I have Windows10 home,product id...00326 10000 00000 AA596...build version 19045.2006(64bit)....installed key YTMG3-N6DKC-DKB77-7M9GH-8HVX7...It says OEM key not present in firmware.So it seems I don't have a key and guess I will have to just use it deactivated but it's frustrating knowing that somehow and somewhere something has gone wrong as up to a few days ago I had a fully activated Windows 10 and suddenly it's just deactivated....thank you for your time and effort Dave.....Brennan in South Africa
