    Windows10 update 2020H2 will not finish installing. Now have spinning dots for over 12 hours.


    Tried updating to 20N2 and now have only spinning dots after 12 hours. Tried a hard restart and screen went back to the spinnig dots again. This is on a Dell desktop.

    Fall Update 12/12 kb4054517 Error: 0x800705b4 computer stuck on Getting Windows Ready Spinning dots. Went to bed after several hours, got up and my computer was shut down. I started computer, screen was stuck again on the Getting Windows Ready Blue
    Spinning Dots. Read up and went with suggestions to reset PC. Still did not work. Seeing more and more complaints about this with no solution. My other computer updated fine but will not shut down properly, just shuts off then immediately restarts
    after same update. Is this my computer or a Windows Update thang.

    Unable to Boot. Have a blue screen w/ Windows Icon. Spinning dots at bottom of page stop moving

    When it fails to boot, it gives no error. The spinning dots just stop spinning. I have left if alone for 2 hours, but its never progresses. I completed the steps from the link above and received the message "Windows Resource Protection did not find
    any integrity violations". I have tried to manually update all of the drivers installed on the system. There were none. System will still not start. Can you suggest a next step?

    Windows10 update 2020H2 will not finish installing. Now have spinning dots for over 12 hours.

    After Windows 10 Sept 21 update Black Screen white spinning dots can't get to login screen

    My PC updated last night (9-20-2016) with the newest automatic updates. I think the update installed, but now my PC will only go as far as a black screen with white spinning dots. It doesn't even get to the sign in page. It's been like this for 12 hours
    now. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.
