Windows 10: windows10 updates and autorefreshing error.

My windows10 was automatically updated with recent updates. After that my desktop is getting refreshed every scouple of minutes. There is no icloud, norton antivirus or idt audio in my system. It started happening after the recent windows updates.

Debug Error on Windows10 Starting


I want to debug an error that occurs when Windows10 starts, the error disappears too quick for me to save the error. I searched for ntbtlog.txt; not sure if this log file exists on Windows10, any suggestion ?

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
