    Hi we are testing windows 11 for arm boot by crosvm at android platform.but now system boot fail "BlInitializeLibrary failed 0xc0000225".test environment:host os:androidhost cpu: mtk arm64 cpuvirtualization tool:crosvm + mtk gzvirual os: Windows11_InsiderPreview_Client_ARM64_en-us_26080.raw

    Windows 10 Fails to Boot - BlInitializeLibrary failed

    I recently added a new SSD to my laptop and decided to use GPT and UEFI for booting. Everything was working fine. Last night, I put the computer to sleep and this morning it failed to boot.

    After the BIOS screen, I receive this message:

    BlInitializeLibrary failed

    I tried booting from my USB Windows 10 installation media and "repairing" but that did nothing. This is a deeply frustrating problem. I suspect the system went into hibernation overnight but I'm not sure if that will help me solve the problem.

    But when my computer boots it doesnt allow me to go to BIOS even if i use the command key and it sends me to a black screen with BlInitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb in white text in the top
    left corner and at this screen i can't do anything

    When i boot my PC i get the error message BlInitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb
    I have seen many different solutions and heard many different things about this error but i have an issue i haven't seen anywhere else, my keyboard and mouse have no input. Please someone help me fix this asap!
