Windows 10: Windows11 C: Drive not found in WinPE but can be when in Windows

Hi There. I'm attempting to copy a .wim file of my windows11 work laptop to a new one. My issue is, when launching WinPE I cant see my Windows C: drive or any internal drive for that matter, to then create partitions and apply the .wim image I have. Funnily enough when using Diskpart in Windows I can see all my drivesi have a feeling its a driver issue but not sure what driver to use or how to apply them. I tried to use the RST installer to which it said I had a unsupported platform. This was for my version of CPU and software. Also WinPE was freshly installed using Deployment and Management

Winpe Startnet.cmd to execute CDROM|DVD drive letter

I create images for servers using Winpe AIK in conjuction with Ghost. I install the Windows OS do the SP and updates then sysprep. I capture the image with Ghost and then use Winpe to execute the Ghost image. Now the issue at hand is that the DVD drive is not always default at the drive letter D: so I use the command lines below. I know there is a better way to write it in the Startnet.cmd file any suggestions?

Windows 10 Start search no longer works

Many people are having this issue, and there's a lot of crazy suggestions out there. I've tried them all, and nothing worked until I did this:

• Delete the directory: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy [REBOOT]
• Run the following command from Powershell with Admin privileges: Add-AppxPackage -Register "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppxManifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode [REBOOT]

For Step 1, you'll have to boot to a WinPE drive, or maybe Safe Mode because the directory will be locked. But, if you do these two steps in this order it will fix the problem.
