Windows 10: windows11 start menu pinned apps abnormal

Discus and support windows11 start menu pinned apps abnormal in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I install a new win11 OS, but the start menu show abnormal ,some apps move to de second page, and i click the blank icon it will launch tips app....     I install a new win11 OS, but the start menu show abnormal ,some apps move to de second page, and i click the blank icon it will launch tips app.

    Pinned app on Start menu won't open

    The issue may have something to do with the pinned app that you're trying to open from the Start menu. For us to effectively assist you with your concern, we would like to know the following:

    • Have you tried rebooting your computer and see if the issue persists?
    • Does the issue also occur to all the pinned apps on the Start menu?
    • Have you tried unpinning and pinning it back?
