Thanks for the reply . I did find a Windows365 in the 2nd link you provided but there was nothing in the first link when i searched on Windows 365 (and Windows365) Microsoft 365 is not the same as Windows 365. Hoping there are additional user forums out there.

Setting time zone within a Windows365 remote session to be different from local device's time zone.

Hi all,

Whenever I access my Windows365 PC through Remote Desktop, it uses the same time zone as my local device.

I can change the time zone manually after logging in, but if I sign out and back in, it then switches back to my local device's time zone.

Is there some way I can change the time zone in my Windows365 session so it's independent of my local device's time zone?

 

Windows365 Support - No Response for over 3 days. This is paid enterprise support?

Hello- Can anyone help here? I've purchased Windows365 for employees to utilize and am now unable to use it due to an "Unknown Error" with Windows Hello. I opened a ticket over 3 days ago and have yet to hear back. Hasn't even been assigned to an agent.

Is this what businesses get for "Business" class paid service? Is there a way to break through? I'm paying, but unable to use this and zero response from MS support.

Any advice how to get assistance?
