Windows 10: windows7 unable to login

-sorry for bad english-last time i used my computer,i installed intel video card driver for some games to run,and disabled some serviceswhich i think is unneccessary in services.msc to get higher performancebut after few daysthe computer didnt reboot during these days,when i rebooted,i cannot log into my administrator account anymore.Clicking the account icon on the login interface, few seconds of “welcome” loading screen,and a flash of black screen,then it will show “logging off”,and goes back to the login interface.it just repeats like this.but i can login normally in safe mode,and i t

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Windows 10 Login Crash Loop

• Which screen are you referring to?
• Are you able to login to Desktop?
• Are you able to see the login screen?

The power icon referred in the steps is present at the login screen. If you are able to see the login screen where you enter the password to go to Desktop, then you need to follow those steps. These steps to be followed if you are able to reach to
login screen but unable to go to Desktop.

Unable to login into the blogger site.
