Hi Liz. I am a fellow community member. I am sorry to hear of all this trouble. I would advise for you to remove/disable the Microsoft store and all of its apps. Please see this thread for steps

Found a program under "Programs and Features" that doesn't appear on a google search

I think its OK, I have it as well. Same date as yours, same version as yours but 1.08MB in size. If you look in 'View Reliability History' (from control panel) as well as your main 'Update History', its also shown being installed there along with a load
of other updates in my case.

Do you have one of the build versions mentioned in the article above? I'm still on 1607.
