Help! Ever since 4/17, I've had this problem of my taskbar taking longer than maybe 5 minutes to load up, and when I click it, it just turns both my monitors to all black. Even when it loads, my Start doesn't work, and not allowing me to search up anything. I've tried to reset my Windows 10, but It won't let me, saying, "There was a problem resetting your pc," I even tried automatic repair, or trying to load form another save point all failing. I don't know what this is, and I think its affecting my computer. I believe it's corrupting my system, and my apps because I have spotify pinned to my
