Here is how it looks:

It utilizes the same "RealseID" as others suggested to get this value. However, it is nice effort and ready to use.

The important steps are in my view

- download the cab file

- extract it to a folder

- this results in three files

• winhlp32.exe
• winhlp32.exe.mui
• Install.cmd

- edit the cmd file as instructed by dam4hire

• look for the area :: Settings
• add the two lines

set WindowsVersion=7

goto :BypassVersionError

- Close the file and run it as an administrator

- Restart windows

remark:

I don't remember whether I have followed the instructions regarding .GID files in the article, but I rather think it was not necessary.
