Windows 10: Windpws on start loop

Hi i recently wanted to do factory reset my laptop with win 10 free version so in about 10% in to the favtory reset my laptop turned off then i was like oh the battery ran out then i put it to charger and turned laptop on an started form 0% and again at 10% it turned off and now it does this loop please wait and then undoing changes and then turns off and loops this

And when i press buttons to go in advanced settings it beeps loudly it would be nice if someone can help me thanks for reading

Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run SFC scan and check if it helps.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files. If a
Windows Resource Protection (WRP) file is missing or is corrupted, Windows may not behave as expected.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to install all the pending updates on Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Is watercooling the solution?

A loop can get complicated and so you start small and list what you want to cool at the very minimum. If you can do that I can give you a diagram and suggested parts.

 

Twitter RSS feed and Loop

So, my Twitter RSS feed won't update, and I can't post anything to twitter from the Loop or Kin Studio. Suggestions?
