    Can we create hybrid Windows Mobile app using HTML5/Javascript ?

    You're looking for WinJS, the JavaScript library for Windows native app development. Windows Phone 8.1 supports WinJS as a programming language. WinJS is also used on Windows 8.1 and you can create a universal app project using WinJS. Universal apps run
    on both Windows and Windows Phone.

    Read up on any pages on MSDN regarding Windows Store or Windows Phone 8.1 universal app development. All pages have a language selector so you may see examples and instructions in the language you are going to write the app in.

When I do an ipconfig /release the client gives up it's lease as expected. I can verify all the DHCP lease traffic using Wiresharkon the client and runnig a tcpdump on the DHCP...
